 These new Level III Plus plates only weigh 5.4 pounds and will stop up to a .308 rifle round with a Level 3A Vest.   When used in conjunction with a level III vest, you have the ultimate in protection.

Firestorm Ceramic (SIC) PE Composite ballistic armor plates are tested under NIJ-0101.06 IV body armor standards by H.P. White, Chesapeake. It is capable of stopping at least 3 shots of .30 caliber, 166 grain, AP, and M2 ammunition.
